MASTER PLAN FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE STATE OF MARKENBERG
Five-Year Plan “Steel Fist” (Years 1-5)
GENERAL CONCEPT
The goal of the five-year plan is the transition from extensive production to industrial dominance. Markenberg must be transformed into a unified, functioning military-industrial complex. The main slogan is: “Order through labor, power through steel.”
AREA I: INDUSTRY
1. Heavy Industry and Metallurgy
- Creation of the “Steel Belt”: Construction of three major metallurgical plants in the central regions to ensure self-sufficiency in steel and alloy production.
- Resource Extraction: Reconstruction of mines and implementation of new deep drilling methods for the extraction of coal and rare metals needed for electronics.
- Chemicalization: Launch of synthetic fuel and explosives plants.
2. Mechanical Engineering
- Standardization: Introduction of uniform state standards (GOST Markenberg) for all parts to simplify equipment repair.
- Machine Tool Manufacturing: Replacement of outdated manufacturing facilities with automated production lines for high-precision machine tools.
II DIRECTION: MILITARY REFORM
1. Modernization of the Existing Fleet
- Renovation Program: Instead of purchasing new units, a comprehensive modernization of existing armored vehicles and aircraft. Replacement of old engines with more powerful ones and installation of modern guidance systems.
- Firepower: Conversion of all artillery to a single caliber to simplify ammunition logistics.
2. New Generation of Weapons
- Project “Thunder”: Development and serial production of new main battle tanks with enhanced armor.
- Missile Shield: Development of air defense programs and mobile missile systems to protect industrial hubs.
III. LABOR ORGANIZATION AND SOCIAL CONTROL
1. Labor Discipline
- “Shock Brigades” Method: Formation of elite work groups receiving increased rations and state awards for exceeding plan fulfillment.
- Elimination of Downtime: Introducing strict penalties for sabotage and non-compliance with technological processes.
2. Infrastructure
Spurt
- Railroad Network: Construction of high-speed lines between industrial centers and military garrisons for the rapid transfer of resources.
- Factory Cities: Construction of standard residential areas for workers in close proximity to factories.
EXPECTED RESULTS OF THE FIVE-YEAR PLAN
- Increase in steel production by 150%.
- Reduction in the proportion of obsolete weapons in the army from 70% to 25%.
- Complete self-sufficiency of the country in critical resources.
- Formation of a disciplined and loyal to the state working class.
