PART 0

Our First Secretary, Ieronim Mayorov, realising that we dont compete with other nations on the economical level decided that we need to start up our economy to catch up with the others.

This wont be an easy task and we understand that, but if we want to be respected on the global stage, we dont just need teritory, we need power. Economical power.

Hense our leader decided to construct our first economic plan to let us start up:

This is the current plan to make us start out. We hope it works out for our nation to fund our plans for the future and show the power of our people on the international stage.

PART 1

Our 8-year plan has officialy begun. This part has been split into 3 main strategic phases:

Strategic Phase 1: Resource Mapping and Tech Development

Before breaking ground, we must identify high-probability extraction sites.

Proprietary AI Geospatial Analysis: Instead of buying expensive seismic data, we have invested in developing an AI-driven remote sensing platform. We used open-source satellite imagery (SAR - Synthetic Aperture Radar) and trained a model to detect hydrocarbon seepage and geological anomalies unique to the Caucasus and Ukrainian strata.
Nano-Drilling Bits: we allocated funds to research and developed durable, low-cost drill bits using advanced materials. Since we innovated a drill bit that lasts 50% longer than industry standards, we drastically reduce downtime and long-term costs.
Modular Exploration Rigs: we built custom, lightweight, modular drilling units that can be transported via rugged terrain (essential for the Caucasus mountains).

Strategic Phase 2: Pilot Sites and Infrastructure

we focused on areas with existing but underutilized infrastructure to minimize upfront capital expenditure.

Targeting Brownfields: we prioritised older, non-performing wells in Azerbaijan and Ukraine. By applying our new drilling technologies to existing sites, we can extract remaining reserves with significantly lower risk.
Localized Processing: Instead of building massive, centralized refineries, we decided to construct small-scale, mobile modular processing units. These can be placed directly at the wellhead, turning raw crude into intermediate products on-site, significantly reducing transportation logistics.

Strategic Phase 3: Regional Integration and Logistics

The geography of this region—ranging from the high-altitude Caucasus to the plains of Ukraine—poses a massive logistical challenge.

Smart Pipeline Networks: we used our research budget to design “Self-Healing” pipeline composites. Using advanced polymers, these pipes would be resistant to the extreme temperature fluctuations of the Caucasus and the seismic activity of the Armenian-Georgian border region.
Regional Hubs: we established administrative and logistics hubs in Baku (Azerbaijan) and Kyiv (Ukraine). These centers will act as the nerve system for our AI-geospatial data collection and supply chain coordination.

The total cost of this part of the plan is a stagering 8000000€$, which is way higher than we expected, but its the price we can pay for our future

The first part of our plan was a massive sucess, we can now move on to the next part, “S gory na plyazh”

The investments have been made and new roads and railways have ben developed:

Highways

The new Highspeed transit lines are as followed

A1 (Sevastopol -> Baku)
A2 (Kiyv -> Makhachkala)
A3 (Baku -> Makhachkala ->Kiyv ->Sevastopol)

Railroads

Only one major track has ben opened, it connects Baku and Sevastopol

This part of the project is relatively cheap, at only 2000000 €$. Our goverment is extremly happy that we could complete this part of the project so quickly, and the country will celebrate for a few days.

PART 3

We have officialy sum up the numbers, and from our calculations, We have produced a staggering 1460000 barrels of oil. We are very happy with our efficiency, but having oil is one thing, exporting it is something completly else. Hense why we decided to develop some new massive ports and airports

This part was the most expensive, at 10000000 €$, but it is also the most beneficial for us.

This sums our economic plan, the oil is ready to export and curently speaking, the plan worked out perfectly. We hope the future ones will do as well as this historic first one.
