INCIDENT TIMELINE: 1200 HRS — Commonwealth communications infrastructure disruption detected. Flarum-hosted platforms confirmed offline. Cause identified as external in origin. 1400 HRS — Full service restoration confirmed. All Commonwealth platforms returned to operational status.

Total disruption window: approximately 2 hours.

This incident was not the result of a security breach, hostile action, or failure of Commonwealth governance systems. The disruption impacted Flarum-hosted operations at a large scale beyond Commonwealth borders.

The Administration requests all member nations submit a brief status update in this thread regarding operational impact during the disruption window. Responses will be reviewed by the Commonwealth Senate as part of an ongoing assessment of regional digital infrastructure resilience.

The Republic of Novara acknowledges the Commonwealth-wide communications disruption experienced earlier today.

We are pleased to report that Novaran state operations experienced only minimal interference. With Project Aegis Phase 1 now partially operational, our primary server infrastructure and state communications maintained partial autonomous function throughout the disruption — reducing our downtime significantly compared to fully network-dependent systems.

We are grateful to the Thernon Administration for the swift restoration of services. This incident has only reinforced Novara’s commitment to completing the remaining Aegis phases on schedule.
