OPENING STATEMENT
In exercise of the authority vested in the Office of the President of the United Commonwealth pursuant to Article III of the Constitution of the United Commonwealth, and in accordance with the provisions governing the appointment of Secretaries to Federal Departments, the President hereby formally announces the composition of the First Presidential Cabinet of the United Commonwealth.
PRESIDENTIAL AUTHORITY
Presiding Authority: President Rimuru
Scope: The President shall hold executive responsibility for the strategic direction and coordination of all Federal Departments constituted within this announcement. All appointed Secretaries shall report directly to the Office of the President.
CABINET APPOINTMENTS
The following individuals are hereby appointed to lead the Federal Departments of the United Commonwealth, assuming full statutory authority with immediate effect:
Department of State
• Secretary Appointee: Republic of Novara
• Mandate: To manage foreign outreach, recruitment, and embassies on behalf of the Commonwealth.
Department of Internal Affairs
• Secretary Appointee: The Democratic Republic of Rilicon
• Mandate: To oversee regional stability and citizen services across the Commonwealth.
Department of Defense
• Secretary Appointee: Republic of Novara
• Mandate: To coordinate regional security and military affairs.
Department of Treasury
• Secretary Appointee: The United States of Thessara
• Mandate: To track the regional economy, manage trade, and administer member salaries.
OFFICE OF THE MAYOR
Mayor (Community Manager)
• Appointee: The Republic of Javnia
• Mandate: To oversee community engagement, diplomacy, and public projects on behalf of the Commonwealth.
ENTRY INTO FORCE
This announcement shall take effect immediately upon publication. All departments are directed to assume their duties without delay.
