Below is to act as a quick guide to the Zvlokiquixian economy
Overview
Zvlokiquix has what has been described as a “frighteningly efficient” economy that is comprised entirely of the government and state-owned industries. The purpose of public industry is to create unity and efficiency that would otherwise cause proprietary, monopolistic, and predatory practices. The percentage of all Zvlokiquixians that work, regardless of demographic, is roughly 47%. This gives a total labor market of about 912 million Zvlokiquixians with an output of about 8 trillion greys (Ǥ) per year. The majority of this output comes from the Information Technology industry with major contributions from tourism and Arms Manufacturing. Zvlokiquix maintains no ordinary income tax. Instead, because the state owns nearly all industry and allocates essential services directly, working citizens receive a modest annual personal stipend averaging Ǥ5,000. Housing, food access, healthcare, education, utilities, transport, and employment are supplied through state systems, allowing the government to retain most national output for infrastructure, defense, logistics, and public provisioning.
The remaining Ǥ3.44 trillion in state-directed output is allocated into generalized categories is as follows:
| Category | Share | Amount from Ǥ3.44T |
| Defense | 20.1% | Ǥ691.44 billion |
| Education | 17.6% | Ǥ605.44 billion |
| Law & Order | 13.6% | Ǥ467.84 billion |
| Healthcare | 10.2% | Ǥ350.88 billion |
| Environment | 10.1% | Ǥ347.44 billion |
| Administration | 9.4% | Ǥ323.36 billion |
| Industry | 9.4% | Ǥ323.36 billion |
| Public Transport | 4.6% | Ǥ158.24 billion |
| Social Policy | 3.7% | Ǥ127.28 billion |
| Welfare | 1.2% | Ǥ41.28 billion |
Industry (primary)
The geography of Zvlokiquix offers unique challenges for the mining industry. The main island of Zvlokiquix is quite mountainous and is thought to provide a wonderfully diverse assortment of rare earth minerals, gemstones, rock, and metals. The industry as a whole is in its infancy, but the future plans are to explore outlying islands and underwater trenches.
Zvlokiquix ranks average to below average when it comes to its traditional agricultural market. There is not a large demand within Zvlokiquix for off-the-bone meats that come from livestock and cattle. Some of the industry can be described as state sanctioned “hobby farms” that are subsidized by the government. These differ from the government owned farms by allowing citizens to farm in their free time and turn it in to the government where it is marketed as “small business”.
An industry that involves the act of catching fish in Zvlokiquixian waters does not exist. Any “fresh caught” fish is imported into the country and is often ignored. A niche has developed within certain circles of Zvlokiquixian chefs that use imported fish. However, they often struggle in competitions.
Industry (secondary)
Zvlokiquixian Manufacturing is one of the most efficient and largest in the world. Foreign countries often use Zvlokiquix as a hub for their manufacturing needs. The industry as a whole is aided by the stellar technological advancements made by Zvlokiquix. This has made Zvlokiquix an appealing place to meet the needs of others. Being entirely owned and run by the government, manufacturing has been standardized across the nation with quality and efficiency the same throughout all factories. The future plan for manufacturing is to expand factories to the outlying islands to better serve others both foreign and domestic.
Being that Defense takes up most of the budget, the Zvlokiquixian Arms Manufacturing (ZAM) has one of the largest contributions to the Zvlokiquixian economy. It is imperative to the safety of Zvlokiquix that the its people are ready to defend themselves and fellow countrymen against foreign threats. With Conscription being a part of Zvlokiquixian life, maintaining state-of-the-art technology in Arms is crucial. Zvlokiquix also reserves the right to have WMDs that do not come cheap. This is all in the name of self-defense that, Zvlokiquix believes, cannot truly have a price tag.
Zvlokiquix doesn’t have a domestic, civilian manufacturer for automobiles. Any civilian automobiles, trucks, vans, motorcycles, and, in most cases, buses are imports mostly reserved for limited governmental use. Automobiles are not forbidden, banned, or illegal in anyway. Zvlokiquix has simply developed its infrastructure around the use of other means of transportation that makes owning a personal vehicle more of a hassle than is worth. There is a strong, “underground” car culture that admires foreign makers, however. Between healthy public transportation budgets and environmental funding, Zvlokiquix does not prioritize domestic automobile manufacturing.
Zvlokiquix struggles to meet its energy demands on a domestic level. Plans to generate electricity through continued growth in green and renewable energies are in talks throughout government. Currently, Zvlokiquix is investing into solar as well as geothermal energies. Zvlokiquix is positioned on and around the globally known Ring of Fire that has the potential to supply Zvlokiquix with its power demands. For the near future, growth in solar and wind are the dominant green and renewable energy sources.
Industry (tertiary)
By far the largest industry Zvlokiquix has to offer, information technologies is the backbone of the economy. Gone are the efficiencies of word-of-mouth, cave paintings, written letters, printed press, phone calls, and even text messages. Zvlokiquix has poured numerous resources into an AI-planned economy that demands full attention. Technology has shaped Zvlokiquix has much as Zvlokiquix shaped its technology. Full integration throughout all other industries in Zvlokiquix has granted the efficiencies within the nation. It has shortened the distance between the main island and outlining islands, eased the lives of all Zvlokiquixians in all aspects, and continues to be a staple in the overall economic growth.
Being a nation with sporadic tropical islands throughout the Pacific, Zvlokiquix has a strong tourism sector. Tourists visiting tropical Zvlokiquixian islands can experience activities that are not even accessible in the majority of the world. The main island offers a unique environment and geography many have described as breathtaking. Along with a strong gambling industry, tourists can scuba, partake in water sports, fish, hike, explore Zvlokiquixian cities, and try the local cuisine.
There is not much in the way of retail that Zvlokiquix has to offer. While the manufacturing sector turns foreign raw materials into usable items, Zvlokiquix produces almost nothing that is a wholly Zvlokiquixian product. Clothing, furniture, electronics, stationeries, and luxury items are vastly all imports.
