-> UNITED COMMONWEALTH M#2 (PAG REVOLT)

Once again, I greet you, fellow Commerans.
It is with a heavy and desperate heart that I inform you of Verkoylan’s complete takeover by a recently established military/political party, the PAG (People’s Action Group). As of writing this message, our nation is in a state of total war. Our forces have done their very best to staunch the advance, yet it seems it has all been in vain. Algnvurd still rests in their hands, and without the two most major cities in my nation, I fear that our survival chances will plummet.
Additionally, they have managed to cut our electric and supply lines again, leaving us almost defenceless. Our communications system has been reduced to a “two tin cans and a wire” level, as my Chief of Army puts it. As a direct result, all our messages are on a 29 hour delay — which could possibly be fatal, as an immense amount can happen in 29 hours.
Luckily, however, it seems that the PAG’s leader has tired of bloodshed as well. He has agreed to an armistice spanning from June 9, 2127 to June 17, 2127. No hostilities will be exchanged as we recuperate our forces.
It is during this armistice that we (the Foreign Ambassador and I) plead for immediate and effective assistance. The riots have left a lasting impact on my people that has not fully left, and this outrageous revolt has done nothing to help us. May God save us if another disaster were to happen to us.
Manpower and weapons would be greatly appreciated, as the enemy has surprisingly well trained soldiers and numerous armaments, most of which are likely illegally sourced from abroad. Raw resources and food are also in great demand.
We don’t know how much longer we can hold out. It is only a matter of when, not if.
