The Dechikely [deh-KEYE-klee] Doctrine
Preamble: Those that have been given the blessing by the people have a duty to provide. In order to fulfill the demand, we supply with freedoms. And to ourselves, the liberties; such that goods and services be aplenty for no man, woman, or child shall ever be without. Creating a strength unmatched for the nation.
Article I
Section I
All governmental Powers shall be consigned in The Firm of the Corporatocracy, which shall comprise of the Core and the Ext.
Section II
The Core shall be made up from not more than 10 presidents of the 10 largest corporations of the 10 largest industries. Alongside the Core will be the Ext that consists of no less than 5 presidents of the 5 largest corporations of the next 5 smaller industries.
Section III
The Firm is tasked with the duty of relegating markets and passing legislation to work cooperatively to provide the citizens of Dechikely with prosperity.
Section IV
Each of the industries that make up the nation have the freedoms of creating concepts, producing wares, and opening positions of employment to generate profits for their respective industries for the betterment of the nation.
Section V
The Core has the power to regulate markets as seen fit by the members within. Legislation needs to pass through the Core by a majority vote, then which is voted on by the members of the the Ext. In the event of the Ext’s veto, the Core may vote again to pass such legislation. If said vote is a Super Majority, greater than two-thirds, the legislation passes to the Headman. Votes that tied in the Core pass to the Ext for vote who make the final decision. Votes that are unanimous in the Ext are final; meaning, unanimous vetoes stop the process of ratifying legislation from going back to the Core.
Section VI
Each member of the Firm will appoint a judicial member for the chief Court
Section VII
Seniority in each of the Core and Ext will be determined by the economic output of the largest company in each industry. A larger economic output corresponds to higher seniority in the company’s respective position in the Firm. Industries and companies will be reevaluated five (5) at a time, yearly. This results in three year terms.
Section VIII
The Firm will have the power to set prices, wages, taxes, and benefits to employees for their industries. Monies raised shall
provide Defense and general Welfare
establish Posts and Roads
promote the Progress of Science and useful Arts
keep a reasonable Law and Order
NOT be used for any betterment of any company of any industry in place of profit
NOT be excessive for individuals such that companies of industries bear no burden
NOT be used against the Peoples
Article II
Section I
The Headman has the Power to Veto Legislation. Decisions made on Legislation presented from the Firm by the Headman are absolute.
Section II
The Headman has the power of mobilizing armies, overseeing operations, and declaring wars.
Section III
The Headman shall keep sole Executive Power over the Firm for the span of life
Section IV
The Headman is the Sole representative of the Corporatocracy in matters involving the World Assembly and residing region
Article III
Section I
The Corporatocracy judicial Power shall be contained between representative appointed by each of the members of the Firm in one chief Court
Section II
Judicial Power extends to all Cases, arising under the Doctrine and within the borders of the Corporatocracy
Section III
The one chief Court has the power to establish inferior Courts.
Section IV
Each member of the one chief Court maintains their seat for the duration of their respective company’s place in the Firm regardless of seniority
Section V
Chief Court members have no seniority over another
Article IV
Section I
Employees of each company of each industry have the right to work.
Section II
Employees of each company of each industry shall be entitled to wages and benefits.
Section III
Employees have the right to not belong to industry
Section IV
Citizens of the Corporatocracy have the right to start and engage in industry
Section V
Peoples of industry can easily provide for themself life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness
Article V
The Firm, whenever it is deemed necessary, shall propose Amendments to this Doctrine, on the Application of the Corporations of three fifths of the Whole. Of which a unanimous vote shall be to pass the Amendment to this Doctrine and then presented to the Headman for final approval.
