TREATY OF SEVASTOPOL - Official alliance betwen Dagestani Socialist State and New Valdoria

Dagestani Socialist State

Today is a historic day for us, for New Valdoria and for the European continent. Thats because today the alliance betwen the nations of Dagestani Socialist State and New Valdoria will be officialy signed.

Currently it is 9AM, and the official begining speach has begun. Lets hear the first part, said by the First Secretary Ieronim Mayorov

Comerades! Today is a day that will change the course of history. But not only our history, rather the history of the continent. Today, the cooperation begins betwen our glorious nations. With the combined resources of Dagestan combined with the startegic value of New Valdoria, together, we are unstopable. The ammount we can do together is unimagenable and the gates of the future stand wide open for us.

The crowd cheers as the first secretary steps down and passes the microphone to Dmitri Veyrov, the general secretary of New Valdoria

Comerades! This isn’t just a treaty. Its a ticket to a better future. A future of cooperation and friendship betwen the nations who followed the revolution. Our common values are the main reason this treaty even exists. Together, we can achive whatever goal we desire!

A second wave of cheers begins as the general secretary steps down. The ceremony begins.

Following the speech, people now can ask questions about the treaty, the plans for the future or anything else.

First, the General Secretary of New Valdoria will answer questions form the crowd.

Q.1 What motivates you to sign this treaty?

The People’s Republic of New Valdoria wants to create this alliance to strengthen regional stability, deepen bilateral cooperation, and establish a long-term framework based on mutual respect, sovereign equality, and shared development.

Q.2 Whats the main goal of this agreement, what will it provide for New Valdoria?

The primary goal of this agreement is to enhance cooperation in security, economic coordination, humanitarian assistance, technological exchange, and freedom of movement while fully preserving the sovereignty of both nations. It provides New Valdoria with a stable strategic partnership built upon mutual support and peaceful cooperation.

Q.3 What are the plans for the future of the alliance

Future plans include expanded economic collaboration, coordinated infrastructure and technological initiatives, cultural and educational exchanges, joint security coordination, and the continued development of stable diplomatic relations between our nations.

The crowd cheered as the general secretary passes the microphone to the first secretary, who will also answer questions.

Q.1 What is the main motivation to sign the treaty?

The world is a rather fractured place right now and most nations who share simillar values are just too far for any sucessfull cooperation. Thats why when a nation appeared near us with simmilar values, we decided that cooperation is the best option.

Q.2 Do you see a future where the alliance expands?

Yes. Thats inevitable and will happen as soon as nations will be able to expand. Many asian nations share simmilar values with us, so the expansion of the alliance is basically guaranteed.

Q.3 Whats the first change the citizens wil be able to experience?

Probably the freedom of movement betwen our nations. The moment the treaty gets signed, citizens will be able to move betwen countries without even a passport.

Thats all for this part of the ceremony and as we talk, the first ships arrive as the naval parade - representing the strength and unity of both nations - slowly begins.

the clock now read 11:20, the time at which the parade begins.

First, submarines emerge from the sea and wave out the flags of Dagestani Socialist State as well as New Valdorias.

Next small ships, corvetes, frigates and patrol boats, each of them waving one of the flags. The soliders on board salute the leaders from the ships.

Then come the bigger ships, cruisers and destroyers, waving both flags at the one ship each. Same as the smaller ships, they too salute the leaders.

Last but not least came the biggest ships, the battlecruisers. For them, the best thing has been planed. When they arrived, fireworks were shot out of the canons, sealing the parade.

Now, we just wait until the treaty itself will be signed.

It’s 12:30. The most important event has been scheduled on this hour. The signing.

The treaty is written as followed:

ll nations shall provide support for one another in cases of external invasion, internal crisis, and natural disaster, delivered through coordinated financial, humanitarian, and defensive support based on assessed need. Defensive assistance shall remain subject to mutual consultation and the constitutional procedures of each participating nation.
Citizens of member states have the freedom of movement across these nations, subject to national public security, immigration, and public health regulations.
Member states may expand their buisnesses across other member nations as long as they recive aproval before.
Technological advancements are a shared good of all the member states, tho strategic or security-sensitive technologies may be protected under mutually agreed safeguards.
Each meber retains its soveirgnity and no one can override its choices.

The silence encapsules the room. Then footsteps can be heard. The two leaders stand next to each other, waiting for one to make the first move. Eventually, Ieronim Mayorov, Frist Secretary of Dagestani Socialist State signs the treaty. Not long after General Secretary of New Valdoria Dmitri Veyrov signs the treaty as well and the room fills with applause.

Now, Dmitri is heading for a meeting with the New Valdorians who lived in Dagestan.

Q.1 What was the main motivation for such radical change of goverment?

The primary motivation for the governmental transition was the restoration of institutional stability, constitutional accountability, and public confidence following the systemic failures and political paralysis experienced during the final period of the Federation administration.

Q.2.Are there still any problems with the govermental transition?

Like any major national transition, certain administrative and economic challenges remain. However, the Republic continues to make measurable progress in stabilization, reconstruction, and institutional reform under constitutional authority.

Q.3 .Whats the one thing that you would like to say to New Valdorians living abroad?

To New Valdorians living abroad: you remain an important part of our national community. The Republic values your contributions, respects your experiences, and welcomes your continued engagement in the rebuilding and future development of New Valdoria.

The room fills with applause. it isnt the first one to do so.

Now tho Dmitri Veyrov is heading towards the harbour where it all begun. Thats where it will also end. The last event of the ceremony is the closing speech.
