The Capitol of Zvlokiquix, located in Qykluzwix, is the central seat of the state authority for the Post-Collapse Super Nation of Zvlokiquix. It is designed less as a welcoming civic building and more as a monument to permanence, discipline, and national survival. Its black stone exterior and repeated displays of the Zvlokiquixian flag is intentional to make the structure appear fortress-like, as though the government itself has been carved out of volcanic rock.
The building’s most recognizable feature is its massive central dome, rising above a long colonnaded façade. The dome represents the unity of the islands beneath one authority, while the vertical crimson and purple accents echo the national colors of sacrifice and centralized power. At its summit flies the national flag, with additional flags placed symmetrically across the roofline to reinforce the idea that every wing of government answers to the same White Star.
The front approach is one of the Capitol’s most symbolic features. The polished black stone plaza and walkway are patterned after the Zvlokiquixian flag itself: black field, crimson diagonals, purple cross, and the White Star at the center. - The Grand Rotunda of the White Star: serves as the symbolic heart of the Capitol. The floor contains a large inlaid White Star, surrounded by rings of black stone, red stone, and purple stone. State funerals, military honors, public oaths, and national announcements would be held here.
- The Hall of Ministries: major departments of Defense, Education, Law & Order, Finance, State Industry, and Internal Administration are connected here. Its walls display seals of each ministry, but all beneath the larger national emblem to remind officials that no department exists apart from the State.
- Krahs’s Executive Chamber: the most powerful room in the building. It is dark, highly polished, and almost theatrical. It contains a massive desk, black leather chairs, national banners, and carefully placed symbols of authority.
- Council Chamber of State: used for meetings between Krahs, senior ministers, military command, and legal administrators. It is arranged for reports, approval, and command in a uniformed and precise fashion

There are also ceremonial amenities: guest suites for foreign representatives, formal banquet halls, honor guard barracks, media galleries, museum-style public corridors, and controlled observation balconies overlooking Qykluzwix.
Security is intense. Guards are posted in black Zvlokiquixian uniforms with White Star insignia, while surveillance systems would be hidden within columns, lamps, ceiling ornamentation, and wall panels.
