Passenger Handbook
Welcome to Thessarapolis Starlink International Airport (TSI). This handbook helps you move through the airport smoothly.
1. Before You Arrive
• Check your flight status online.
• Arrive 2 hours before domestic flights, 3 hours before international.
• Keep your ID and travel documents ready.
2. Entering the Terminal
• Follow signs for Departures or Arrivals.
• Security officers may inspect your bags.
• No smoking inside the terminal.
3. Check-In
• Use self-service kiosks or airline counters.
• Print your boarding pass if needed.
• Drop off checked luggage at the belt.
4. Security Screening
• Place metal items, electronics, and liquids in trays.
• Liquids must be under 100ml in a clear bag.
• Follow security staff instructions.
5. Boarding Gates
• Screens show gate changes and delays.
• Boarding starts about 30 minutes before departure.
• Keep your boarding pass accessible.
6. Baggage Claim
• Check monitors for your carousel.
• Report missing or damaged bags to Baggage Services.
7. Customs & Passport Control
• Keep documents open to the ID page.
• Declare restricted items.
• Follow officer instructions.
8. Facilities & Services
• Free Wi-Fi throughout the terminal.
• Lounges in Terminal 2 and 3.
• Medical services on Level 1.
• Lost & Found near Arrivals Hall B.
9. Safety & Conduct
• Do not leave bags unattended.
• Follow emergency signs and staff directions.
• Photography allowed unless marked otherwise.
10. Transportation
• Taxis and rideshares outside Arrivals.
• Express trains to Thessarapolis Central Station every 12 minutes.
• Buses and rentals at the Transport Hub.
