Following my statement during today’s United Commonwealth press briefing regarding the forthcoming legislative initiative on sovereignty protections and diplomatic conduct, I am formally sharing the draft proposal for Senate review and consideration.
The proposal is hereby submitted for preliminary examination, constitutional review, and potential approval by the Senate in accordance with Articles IV and VIII of the United Commonwealth Constitution.

As stated during the briefing earlier today, this proposal is intended to strengthen constitutional clarity concerning sovereignty, diplomatic escalation, cross-border interpretation of military activity, and institutional accountability within the Commonwealth framework.
I encourage all Senators, legal observers, diplomatic representatives, and accredited constitutional reviewers to examine the draft in full and provide recommendations, amendments, or formal feedback through the appropriate legislative channels.
For the stability of the Commonwealth and the preservation of constitutional order, I respectfully request review and approval procedures to begin at the Senate’s earliest convenience.
