NOVA PRIME - As the Republic of Novara enters the year 2142, the political and physical landscape of our nation is unrecognizable from the crisis-ridden days of fifteen years ago. To understand the monumental policy shifts about to unfold, we must look back at the turbulent, paradoxical era that bridged the gap.

The Fall of the Architect
Following the geopolitical chaos of the late 2120s, Prime Minister Rimuru Tempest successfully navigated the general elections, but the victory required the formation of a highly fragile, fractured coalition government. The internal pressure was immense. Caught between a hostile opposition and demanding coalition partners, Rimuru realized that maintaining power would require compromising the very bio-security and economic foundations he had built.

In an unprecedented move, Rimuru Tempest abruptly resigned from domestic politics before completing his term. He retreated from the public eye, relocating to a highly secure, classified island facility in the Novaran Ocean. There, he transitioned from a head of state to a political advisor and teacher, dedicating his time to mentoring a select group of the nation’s brightest youth.

The “Dark Mode” and the Golden Economy
Rimuru’s departure plunged Novaran domestic politics into a “dark mode.” The next decade was defined by extreme political instability. Governments came and went through a revolving door of collapsed coalitions and bitter parliamentary infighting.

Yet, paradoxically, the Republic experienced the greatest economic boom in its history. Rimuru’s foundational plan to integrate the community and build a strong Novara was so structurally sound that even the most hostile opposition governments could not neglect it.

The Asklepios project was a staggering success. Across the reclaimed zones, brand-new, state-of-the-art mega-cities were constructed. These pristine, technologically flawless hubs became the prime locations for international investment and elite citizens. In fact, the economic center of gravity shifted so violently that the historic capital of Nova Prime is no longer considered the best choice for citizens, investors, or the international community to live and visit. The national treasury swelled to an astronomical 680 Billion Eurodollars.

The Landslide of late 2141 and the “Island Cohort”
But the era of political gridlock has just violently ended.

In the most recent general election, a direct student of Rimuru Tempest stepped out of the shadows and completely upended the Novaran establishment. While they are incredibly young, the old political establishment quickly realized they are far from inexperienced. While the old guard spent the last decade fighting over coalition seats in Nova Prime, Kevin Tram and his peers were the shadow architects quietly managing the backend logistics of the Asklepios mega-cities and the booming economy from their island facility.

Very little public information is available about Prime Minister Tram and his inner circle, given their years of isolation. However, political analysts and insiders are already whispering a chilling consensus: Rimuru Tempest spent the last fifteen years analyzing every mistake he made during his tenure, and he has trained his student to be vastly more capable, uncompromising, and lethal in the political arena than he ever was.

With a 680 Billion Eurodollar finance, a unified government of highly experienced youth, and zero political debts to the old establishment, the Republic of Novara is bracing for the strongest, most aggressive policy shift in its history.

For reasons relating to operational security, the Government will not publicly disclose the scope, methods, or implementation of measures authorized under this Directive.

This decision should not be interpreted as secrecy for its own sake, but as a necessary safeguard to ensure the effectiveness of lawful government operations while investigations remain active.

The Republic of Novara will continue to cooperate fully with the independent Treasury investigation announced by the United States of Thessara and remains committed to resolving this matter through international law, diplomacy, and established institutions.

At the same time, the Government wishes to make one point unmistakably clear:
