SUBJECT: OFFICIAL PRESS STATEMENT – STATE VISIT OF THE PRIME MINISTER TO THE UNITED STATES OF THESSARA
NOVA PRIME, CAPITAL DISTRICT — The Ministry of External Affairs officially announces that Prime Minister Rimuru Tempest will lead a high-level sovereign delegation to the United States of Thessara to participate in the inaugural Global Partnership Symposium at Liberty House.
This state visit, conducted at the formal invitation of the Thessaran Executive Office, marks a critical milestone in the Republic of Novara’s accelerated integration into multipolar financial and trade networks.
Strategic Agenda and Economic Mandate
The Prime Minister’s agenda is strictly focused on bilateral economic synergy, infrastructure development, and the establishment of transparent financial architecture. Following the Treasury’s recent acquisition of the €S12,000,000,000 Commonwealth capital allocation, Novara is actively seeking top-tier institutional partners to execute its sovereign modernization mandate.
During the symposium, the Novaran delegation will engage in the “Sovereign Exchange” dialogues to negotiate terms regarding:
• Financial Market Architecture: Securing technical partnerships for the impending launch of the Novaran Sovereign Equities Exchange.
• Digital Sovereignty: Contracting framework agreements for the deployment of secure, state-managed digital infrastructure and telecommunications hardware.
• Logistical Corridors: Bilateral planning for advanced maritime and rail transit systems to streamline resource exports.
The Sovereign Delegation
To ensure comprehensive, sector-specific negotiations, the Prime Minister will be accompanied by a targeted executive delegation, including:
• Sofia Laurent, Secretary of Foreign Affairs
• Adrian Voss, Secretary of Finance and Treasury
• Elena Marikova, Secretary of Economic Development and Industry
• Lucas Moreau, Director of the National Investment Authority
Statement from the Ministry
“The Republic of Novara recognizes the United States of Thessara as a pivotal player in global finance. We approach this symposium not as a developing state seeking patronage, but as a heavily capitalized sovereign entity looking to forge mutually beneficial supply chains and long-term industrial partnerships. The Prime Minister expects highly productive, numbers-driven discussions.”
The delegation will depart Nova Prime via state transport and is scheduled to arrive at Liberty House under standard diplomatic security protocols. Further briefings regarding signed memorandums of understanding (MOUs) and trade agreements will be released to the Official Gazette upon the delegation’s return.”
