Over the past few days since our glorious state of Inmoria joined the United Commonwealth, multiple groups and people have been protesting against our joining the Commonwealth.

Initially, our Ordermen (police force) and the Governors were able to keep protests and riots to a minimum. However, due to a brief lapse in communication and power, violent demonstrations and attacks on the Capital itself have become common.

Our Ordermen and the IAF (Inmorian Armed Forces) are hard pressed in defending the Capital. Even more crippling, enemy scouts somehow broke into the secondary Treasury building located a hundred miles north-east, depriving us of $P3,452,346$ necessary for defense funds.

Even worse, reports have been coming in of supply and electricity lines being severed, limiting our ability to hold out. An estimated 3 days worth of power and gas is left in Verkoylan and Algnvurd.

With a humble and desperate hand, we implore the @Treasury of the Commonwealth to send €$300,450 (Eurodollars) for supplies and food.

While we defer to the United Commonwealth Treasury regarding the immediate authorization of your €$300,450 Eurodollar request, the Republic of Novara recognizes a fundamental truth of survival: a financial ledger cannot restore power to a grid, nor can currency feed a besieged population.

You have three days of power and gas remaining. Novara will ensure that is not your limit.

Effective immediately, the Republic of Novara has authorized Directive: Vital Line. We are bypassing standard commercial corridors and deploying the following physical assets to Inmoria:

1. Emergency Airlift of Provisions

Heavy-lift cargo aircraft from our Northern Hubs have been cleared for immediate departure. They carry high-density survival rations, potable water supplies, and industrial water-purification systems to sustain the civilian populations of Verkoylan and Algnvurd.

2. Mobile Power & Medical Triage

We are air-dropping ruggedized, high-capacity mobile generators to restore critical functions to your hospitals and municipal command centers. Accompanying these drops are specialized triage teams from the Directorate of Community Medicine, equipped to treat the wounded and manage localized bio-security during infrastructure blackouts.

3. Logistical Relief for the IAF

By allowing Novaran humanitarian forces to manage civilian stabilization and power distribution, the Inmorian Armed Forces (IAF) and Ordermen can redirect their full strength and focus toward defending the Capital and hunting the saboteurs who breached your Treasury.

The United States of Thessara (UST) has received the urgent dispatch from Archleader Varstok and Ambassador Starkes. We view the escalating violence against the sovereign government of Inmoria with the utmost gravity.

On the Security of the Commonwealth
The prosperity of one member is the security of all. The UST will not stand by while a partner state is dismantled by those who seek to derail our collective progress. We recognize that the “brief lapse in communication” described is exactly the kind of volatility that the United Commonwealth was built to prevent.

On Immediate Financial Support
Effective immediately, the UST Treasury has authorized the release of €$3.000.000 (Eurodollars) from the Thessaran Treasury. These credits are being cleared through the Tradex priority channel to ensure they are available for the procurement of emergency supplies, food, and the restoration of the power grid in Verkoylan and Algnvurd.

On Structural Integrity
However, let us be clear: this is not a blank check. Inmoria’s membership in the Commonwealth is predicated on the ability to maintain internal order. As part of this emergency funding, the UST requires:

Greetings, friends, Commerans, and nations,

We humbly thank you for your overwhelming support and response. Thanks to your action, Verkoylan and the remaining 3 key cities have been secured and the riots have died down. We could have never achieved such a remarkably swift end to the attacks without all of your supplies and help. As One Nation, we humbly thank all of you.

However, problems still run amok in our nation. Protesters have been calmed down in every city except the most vital one, Algnvurd. Since most of our trade and resources come from this small port city, we have had to rely on local fishermen and hunters for our food.

Problems aside, Inmoria is once again a proud and a (somewhat) peaceful nation. If any other nations face similar problems, We will be more than happy to repay the debt.

While a part of the Sovereign Republic of Inmoria continues to be burdened by ongoing protests, we recognize the seriousness of the remaining tensions and consider it imperative that all stakeholders act with restraint and responsibility.

We emphasize the importance of long-term peace and stability across the region, with particular attention to restoring trust between all involved parties. Therefore, we propose that diplomatic discussions be held in the capital of Alderoux, Ellsworth, on neutral ground with Alderoux acting as an independent mediator to facilitate structured dialogue and support a peaceful and constructive resolution
